About

I’m an operations and program coordinator based in Downtown Toronto, drawn to mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, education, and community-serving teams — where the work is human-scale and the outcomes are measured in the people served, not the dashboards refreshed.

My background spans community development, nonprofit program management, and student-facing administrative environments. Most of what I do lives quietly in the background: a steady hand on day-to-day operations, so nothing slips through the cracks when everyone’s heads-down on the work that matters; lighter lift for program staff and educators, so their energy goes where it should; documentation that actually serves the organization — for funders, audits, institutional memory, and the long haul; and lean systems for scheduling, communication, and tracking that are built with care, explained clearly, and maintained consistently.

I’ve coordinated community-based programs for vulnerable seniors during COVID (HelpAge India), facilitated child rights workshops with an anti-oppression framework (CRY India), run admissions and internship placement operations end-to-end (Evergreen College), and led ops for a fast-scaling Toronto food business (Bukka YYZ). Across all of it, the same thread: coordination, systems, stakeholder engagement, and compliance done with care.

I also bring a research background from my Sociology M.A. at Queen’s, where I worked on mental illness and courtesy stigma, and a particular lens on responsible and safe AI-assisted workflows from time coordinating policy research at QMIND. The goal is always the same: free up humans for the human work, so the mission gets more of the care and attention it deserves.
